Pavers we install are produced by manufacturers who are trusted in the paving industry. They have solid track records and have been around for many years.
They guarantee their products. Usually for the standard period of 10 years. In the case of clay brick pavers, the guarantee is for 20 years or more. With regular maintenance, clay brick paving lasts decades.
We have never experienced a problem with replacing faulty products during an installation. Whenever we find flawed pavers, the supplier exchanges them without fail. That is why we choose to only install pavers from certain suppliers.
As a contractor, we qualify for discounted prices. We pass the discount on to our clients. Our focus is on producing the best paving installation using the best quality pavers. That is why we guarantee our workmanship.
Pavers we install are broadly categorised into three different types based on the manufacturing process:
A mix of dry sand, cement and other materials is placed in a mould that is hydraulically pressed and pulsed under high pressure. Once in their finished state, the concrete paving is then left to set and cure.
A flow-able form of concrete is poured into a mold and then vibrated to release any air bubbles out of the mix. After the concrete has cured, the mold is stripped. Also known as simulated stone pavers.
Made from clay that is formed into shape and cured by baking in a kiln, much like pottery. It is essentially a natural product unlike wet and dry cast pavers that contain cement and other additives.
