From the website response (you were the only company to respond to a lead off your website), to the initial site meeting and advice given, then the actual commencement of work, which took place when promised, and completed on time. The site was cleared of all rubble immediately upon completion of the job. Whilst this was all happening, management were in continual contact to ensure my satisfaction. This is rarely found today, but truly appreciated. This level of dedication and customer support was given on a small project as well. Using an intricate design of different coloured charcoal cobbles, made our driveway into a spectacular feature of it’s own. We are now the envy of the neighbours in our estate. Genesis Paving did such a fantastic job we actually commissioned them to redesign our backyard as well. Large flagstones were installed. The look was finished off with artificial turf laid in between the flagstones, giving our backyard a fresh, modern and manicured look. Professional and quick…I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
